The Science Of Coaching was created to help others learn real estate investing/flipping. Justin Colby has over 15 years of experience in real estate and is going to share his knowledge with The Science Of Flipping.
Justin Colby offers two coaching programs.
The Level Up Coaching, a 6-12 month program of which is designed for getting your feet off the ground in the real estate market. You will have access to the training offered by The Science Of Flipping, as well as access to two live coaching calls per week.
Then, he offers the Elite Partnership Program, a 12-24 month program where The Science Of Flipping becomes your partner. You get everything from Level Up Coaching, and in addition, you will get access to weekly coaching calls, and you will be able to see all live events with Justin Colby for free.

What Is The Science Of Flipping?
As mentioned in my brief description above, The Science Of Flipping is essentially a coaching course created by Justin Colby. While they offer the insider coaching programs such as the Level Up Coaching program and the Elite Partnership Program, The Science Of Coaching also offers free insider training.
All you have to do is create an account, and you’ll already have a library of courses and lessons on real estate. The first lesson teaches you how to use Privy, which is a real estate investment software that is designed to seek out algorithms that give you data on what the best real estate investments are in the country. This will help you locate similar deals, and highly increase your chance of attaining success and profit within the real estate market.
They also have a wholesaling course, and I think a few others as well.
Some courses are also locked behind a price tag, and these prices can range from $40 to $500, depending on the subject of the course.

If you specifically want to check out the free content first, in order to see if Justin Colby matches your personality as a coach, and would be someone you could trust to educate you in the real estate world, I have found 2 of these courses do not cost any money.
The Science Of Privy teaches you everything you need to know about how to use the Privy tool to get good real estate deals.
The Science Of Flipping Insider Academy. This teaches you the basics of Wholesaling, Whole-Tailing, different types of properties and their values, How to find more leads without increasing the marketing budget, and many other basic fundamentals of real estate.
The Science Of Flipping also offers its own Real Estate Investing Calculators for free, and you can use these calculators to calculate potential Return On Investments for deals, offers, and payments.
I must admit that I am impressed, this Science Of Flipping school is shaping to be the one-stop shop for all things real estate investing related.
Who Is Justin Colby?
Justin Colby is a professional real estate investor(obviously) a motivational speaker, a YouTuber, a podcast host, and he talks at many seminars about real estate investing.
One of my top recommended places to research Justin Colby would probably have to be his YouTube Channel
He is posting a new video on average at least once a week, and he has a ton of videos that provide a lot of value.
He breaks down the difference between certain properties, provides information on how to separate yourself from the competition in the real estate market, and provides information on a very large variety of topics.
He is also on Spotify, Apple Music, and Tik Tok. So if you’re bored at work or something, and your boss doesn’t crucify you for wearing headphones on the job, you could check out his content ad-free as well if you pay for the app of your choice.
The Style Of Teaching Presented In The Courses:
If you are interested in learning real estate through Justin Colby’s Courses, I would like to give you a small overview of the style of teaching he uses.
First off, the courses are designed for people who are truly interested in learning about real estate. I don’t say that as means to say that you need to have experience in this market, but more of a means to say that you need to be interested in it.
If you are on the fence about this if you’re thinking “well..maybe ill just get my feet wet and see what this real estate thing is all about”, then I’m going to have to warn you that this course and this coaching is not for you.
All of the training videos range from 45 minutes to over an hour long, and it’s very in-depth. If you are not interested in real estate, and this is just one of those things where all you want is to make more money, you are going to be bored to death going through the lessons, you’re not going to learn all the things you need to learn because you won’t be paying attention.
You won’t be paying attention because you’re too bored, and you won’t have the mental fortitude to even make it through Justin Colby’s free training.
So essentially, this training was made by real estate investors, for real estate investors.
That being said, I do recommend both this course and coaching for those who are truly passionate about real estate, have a belief in themselves, and the real estate business opportunity, and are willing to dedicate a large amount of time working in the real estate market, with the pursuit of reaching an income goal that they set for themselves.
There are only a few things that I dislike about The Science Of Flipping, and I am going to list them below.

Many people praise The Science Of Flipping for the value that it gives, and reviews claim that it installed them with not only the information but also the confidence that they needed to take the leap into the real estate environment.
In any case, you can rest assured knowing that The Science Of Flipping as well as its creator Justin Colby, are well respected inside of the Real Estate Space!
Things I like about The Science Of Flipping:
✅A Variety of Free courses are available in YouTube format and a selective amount of free classes under the insider training. In addition to that, you can join the Facebook Group for free.
✅Many people have a lot of respect for this program, and this indicates that the course provides a lot of value for those passionate about real estate.
Things I don’t like about The Science Of Flipping:
There are a few things I dislike about this course, but you need not take this as gospel, as it is more on the basis of my personal opinion, however, it is something to consider.
❌Each course costs money, and there is a variety of courses, so its hard to decipher which courses are right for you.
❌The costs for the coaching programs are not listed.
The Science Of Flipping Review Conclusion:
I think that if you are someone who is truly passionate about real estate, then this is definitely a place worth coming to. I believe however that you are going to need to buckle down and take this course seriously. I think that if you treated this like going to college, and taking your seminars seriously, then you could have a lot of success based on the principles that this course teaches.
However, if you decide to party and skip class instead(buy this course and not pay attention), then this might not be worth your time.
Do I recommend this course? Yes, I recommend it for those who have the mental bandwidth for it and are ready to make time in their life to learn the material, and not just learn it, but put it into action.

Looking to make money outside of the Real Estate environment?
I do support The Science Of Flipping, but this is for people who are on the fence about Real-Estate. Maybe its simply not a risk you are ready to take yet, because after all, you are going to be putting a lot of money on the line, with hopes that it turns into real money.
Maybe you would be more interested in building a passive income stream with affiliate marketing instead, something with low investment cost to start, and the potential to earn you hundreds of thousands, and maybe even millions of dollars per year over time.
