Beyond Slim Review: Legit MLM or Another Pyramid Scheme Scam?

Hey guys, David Nelly here from Safe Money Makers, and today we will be looking at the Beyond Slim MLM company.

Beyond Slim was founded by Ray Faltinsky, who is also the founder of FreeLife International.

Beyond slim is basically an online fitness club, it offers both coaching and products that allegedly help you lose weight!

They have two ways of offering their product to you, they have coaching, but the main component to their coaching program is to get you to purchase the zip slim product, and they have the shopping section, which lets you buy the zip slim product.

Well except they don’t, because you have to sign up for the MLM Opportunity plan through a referral name.

So in actuality, this is a standard referral scheme, and once we finish this review, you might even discover that this is in fact a pyramid scheme, so stay tuned!

They also offer some skincare product called RS90

Ray Faltinsky believes that turning the tide on the obesity crisis is impossible until now, thanks to his “Zipslim” product, and he also says that it’s up to us to get the word of mouth for his product out there.

I really dislike that I can’t just purchase the beyond slim product, and instead, I have no choice but to join the MLM structure to have access to the product, but in any case, what is Beyond Slim all about?

It is obvious that the whole practicality of this company is to get you to join its Opportunity, so let’s get into the real meat and potatoes.

When researching for a good MLM company to join, these are the questions we need to ask ourselves:

🤔Is an income disclosure statement released by this company to properly follow FTC guidelines? This is important because you need to be able to trust the company you work with. If this is not provided, it is highly likely that the company is manipulating the narrative to make you believe you can make way more money than possible through this company.

🤔If an income disclosure is provided, what are the average earnings for people in the MLM? Does it look like there is a decent moving around rate with evenly dispersed percentages in the company’s structure? Or, does it look like 80% to 99% of all MLM distributors are never ever able to move above the beginner ranks and only make around $10-$1000 per year?

🤔How much time and energy will you be spending in the MLM? Will you be able to tackle this MLM structure in a relaxed pace? Will you be provided with an opportunity to use online marketing to promote the company’s products? Or will you be hustling all over doing door-to-door sales, hosting parties to introduce the product, and relying on selling to friends and family?

🤔Is the company’s product actually good, or improved over the competition? Or does the MLM rely more on upon recruiting others and attempting to finesse how much money you can make with the company to get people in versus selling the company’s product?

Now, my job here at Safe Money Makers is to help you avoid bad programs, scams, and pyramid schemes,  as well as help you find that online business opportunity that does guarantee you legitimate job replacement income!  (If you are willing to put in the work)

If you have studied MLMs and pyramid schemes like I have, as well as done all the research that I have, you would already understand that only 0.4% of people turn a profit in the Multi-Level Marketing/Direct Selling Industry.

In fact, you can see direct proof of this from a research case study done by the Federal Trade Commission. You can download a PDF file here that displays the truth in this.

What is Beyond Slim?

Beyond slim is a weight loss MLM that sells the zip slim product, and they also sell a skincare product called RS90. The cost for their products is obscenely high, and they try really hard to sell you into their membership program, but at the same time, they won’t even tell you what it costs when you are checking out.

Products Review:

Apparently, there is a clinical study that provides absolute proof that Zip slim works!

https://beyondslim.com/docs/bys_newspaper.pdf

However, they have no sources to confirm that it gives you 3X weightless and muscle growth, etc.

In addition, as mentioned above in this review, the price of the product is obscenely high! They are asking for a base price of $239.99 for just one of these, and they offer a serving size of 30!

Now, maybe I’m wrong, maybe this is some sort of breakthrough product, but I can’t find anyone saying anything about this product, no one talks about it, and the internet is pretty dead silent about this product.

I would say your chances are slim to none of making money with this product, but if you are interested in promoting this product, I would say maybe try it out first and confirm for yourself if it is worth the $239 price tag.

How much does it cost to join Beyond Slim’s compensation plan?

To maintain membership, you need to enroll yourself in the coaching program that costs $99 per month.

Compensation Plan Review:

As already mentioned at the beginning of this review, you’ll already realize that 99.6% of all participants in MLM are destined to lose money, but is Beyond Slim any different? Could this be the one MLM company that will have a higher probability of yielding better results?

You can read the Beyond Slim full compensation plan here: https://beyondslim.com/docs/bys_compplan.pdf

With beyond slim’s compensation program, you have about 10 different ways to earn.

Customer Introduction Commission:

Receive up to 50% commission off of purchases from first-time customers that you enroll.

Loyal Customer Commission (LLC):

After one of your customers hit their third month within the company, you are eligible for Loyal Customer Commissions. That commission percentage increases based on how many people you enroll in the company.

Free Product:

I wouldn’t count this as a way to earn money but it’s the third way to earn on their compensation plan. If you earn up to $200 in commission off of their compensation plan, Beyond Slim will give you a free product if you use the Beyond Bucks monetary store money.

Achievement Bonus:

Essentially a rank-up bonus, get a sum of money once you reach a new rank and maintain the rank for a specific amount of time.

Fast Start Bonus:

Another payment bonus feature for ranking up, the list will be provided down below.

Super Fast Start Bonus:

An extra $100 bonus if Influencer 1 Rank is achieved within the first month. This $100 bonus also stacks upon the $200 Not Super Fast Start Bonus.

Matching Bonus:

Make money off of your enrollees as they rank up through the Beyond Slim compensation plan.

Depth Matching Bonus:

This one is complicated, quite honestly I’m not sure I even understand it.

When your enrollees get matching bonuses in graduating through their influencer ranks, you get an equal bonus. However, there are strict restrictions for you to qualify for these bonuses.

First, you must have attained the rank of Influencer 3 or higher, and your advancing personal enrollees much also have at least reached the Influencer rank 3 or higher.

And finally, you must have at least 6 referral points.

Organization Commissions:

Earn a percentage of your downlines product points up to 5 generations deep.

Leadership Rewards Pool:

If you are in the Silver Influencer Rank or above and have 12 referral points, you are eligible to receive 2% of the entire company’s product points.

Bringing it all together:

While we cannot find an income disclosure for Beyond Slim’s compensation plan, this chart brings everything together to at least show you the potential of your efforts if you can reach the higher ranks and attain the bonus payouts.

Review Conclusion:

I think that the compensation plan model opens the door for a lot of money to be made.

The issue is, and as I mentioned many times already, in MLM, there is only a 0.4% chance that you’ll turn a profit(you’d have a better chance at gambling, and gambling is way more fun as well).

In addition, this company does not provide an income disclosure statement, in fact, they demand that none of their coaches, or influencers share any of the money they make or don’t make.

So, while you can potentially in a one in a million chance earn a $250,000 achievement bonus and all the glamor that comes with it upon attaining the Diamond Influencer Rank, we have no way to tell if people are making money with this company, or if everyone is stuck at the very first Social Marketer Rank, losing money just from paying the Membership Fee, and maybe even more due to having to provide business volume to keep the marketer status active.

I don’t know how to explain it, but to me, it just feels like there isn’t really anyone making money from this MLM company outside of the company’s founders and a few of the very first influencers to get involved with this company. You would think that if you are providing an income opportunity for people, you’d allow them to share the money they’ve made with this company.

In addition, this company feels like it is invisible. No one talks about these Zip Slim products, no one seems to care, and that will definitely make it hard to convince people to spend $240 on a weight loss pill product that essentially amounts to a $40 caffeine product from Walmart.

If I can’t find a way to justify charging $240 for a mix of green tea and caffeine, you aren’t going to be able to either.

Pros:

✅Decent compensation model.

Cons:

❌Ridiculous prices for the product.

❌No outside media presence about Beyond Slim’s Product

❌No income disclosure is provided to state what the average Influencer earns through this company’s compensation plan.

❌Company is in its baby phase, launching in 2020, this company is not even 3 years old.
